We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive (IT) / HR Fresher to support our HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance activities. This role is ideal for MBA HR freshers who want to build a strong career in IT HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain recruitment trackers
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and confidential files
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave data
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll vendors for salary processing
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and attendance
- Support statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Gratuity
- Maintain compliance documentation and assist during audits
Must Have
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles and company structure
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR operations
Nice to have
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Internship or 0–1 year experience in IT HR / Recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Basic knowledge of payroll and labor laws
- Exposure to HRMS / ATS tools
